# E-Defter

• Muhasebe> periyodik işlemler> e-defter ekranında önce defter verilecek tarih aralığı ve firma seçilere raporlanır. Ekran sağa kaydırılıp varsa hata mesajları kontrol edilir ve hata mesajları giderilmeden yevmiye numarası verilmez.

• E-Defter süreçlerinde, hatalı yevmiye fişlerini tek tek düzenlemek yerine, **Muhasebe Modülü > Tanımlar> Muhasebe Bakım** İşlemleri bölümünden ilgili defter tarih aralığını seçerek hatalı muhasebe fişlerinin otomatik olarak düzenlenmesini sağlayabilirsiniz.

* Bakım çalışması yapıldıktan sonra eylemler menüsünden yevmiye numarası ver sekmesi ile ilgili ayın numaralandırması yapılır. Ekrandaki e-defter çıktısı al sekmesi ile de excel çıktısı otomatik indirilir. İnen çıktı kesinlikle açılmadan dosya zip dosyasına çevirilip kullanılan entegratör firmaya yüklemeye hazır hale gelir.<br>
